hostway issues

I recently registered a couple of domains with Hostway and am surprised how poor the experience has been. I have not been able to set the nameservers due to an error in the edit nameservers script. Unfortunately when I use their ticket system to submit a support request it gives an error, leaving me unsure if the message has been sent. Bummer.
